Incorporated in 1990, BEWL is engaged in the manufacturing of cable lugs, Metal Socket, connectors using copper and aluminium as the key raw material, at its manufacturing facility located at Umbergaon, Gujarat. The manufacturing facility has an installed capacity of 20.1 Crore units of tools and terminals. More than 65% of the company’s operating income is contributed by exports mainly to Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Ltd. began its journey of engineering excellence and innovation from a small shop manufacturing cycle rickshaws in Nagpur, and then diversified into manufacturing of switchgear products, Stardelta starters for the electrical industry and pioneered the use of cold crimping technology for cable terminations.
